Fripp Island Public Service District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Pay Your Bill Online

You may pay your bill on line with 24-hour access to your water and sewer account using our bill payment provider e-Government.

We take your online security seriously. Therefore, no sensitive information, including credit card information, is stored on our web server. However, your browser must be configured to accept cookies to conduct business on this site. For information on the District's use of cookies, review the Privacy Policy

You may pay your bills without logging in, provided you have a current district invoice number. You must log in if you wish to view personal account information or do not know your invoice number.

A temporary PIN has been mailed with your bill. If you need to request a temporary PIN, please 'Send Email to District', including your name, account number, service address, email address, type of account, and telephone number.

A receipt will be emailed to you when your transaction is complete.

If you need additional assistance, please 'Send Email to District' or call (843) 838-2400, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.   Be sure to include your name and service location in e-mail. Please click the green "PAY YOUR BILL NOW" button located above to get started.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form below and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check. 

Pay Your Bill in Person

You may pay your bill in person at our office address located at 291 Tarpon Boulevard. We accept cash, check, or credit cards. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. 

Pay Your Bill By Phone

You may also pay  your bill by phone using your credit card at 843-838-2400. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
